They do not care about the customer -- Rip Off
These people have no common sense at all when it comes to working with home warranty companies. They actually went and told the home warranty company that when we had the water heater replaced (NOT replaced by home warranty company) that it damaged the pipes, but the pipe was leaking way before that. In fact, it was because of the leaking pipe that caused us to replace the water heater because at only 4 years old, it was rusted out. Therefore, the home warranty company refused to pay for the repair stating that it was damaged during the water heater installation. Carlise Plumbing took my $65 detuctable for the home warranty for the 2 minutes they were there and ran. That was money I could of used to buy groceries for my kids. It just makes me sick!! Bottom line, watch out if your home warranty company sends these guys. "
