Best contractor I have ever found!
I didn't think an "honest" contractor was possible to find, one who encourages ratings and is affordable, professional and fair priced until I met Mike and Brandy with Luker Builders. I will use them for EVERY need I have, and have my family already calling them for their home needs. Don't trust anyone else, just give this company a try, you will feel the same as I do.... Honest people, a hard working family dedicated to improving the impression we all have of contractors. Mike came out and handled my shelving/ drywall/ painting needs, beautifully done, excellent workmanship, the best price in town... do I need to say more? CALL THEM!

My experience was terrific!
Luker Builders did an extensive addition add on for me, complete with a wrap around custom deck,and did an amazing job. I had no problems with quality, their workmanship is outstanding, their profesionalism is incredible! I received estimates from 5 different contractors for this large project. Mike and Brandy submitted to me the best pricing options, warranties, the contract was easy to read and responsibilities were clearly defined. Big projects are always a hassle when all the contractors are here, and our normal life still has to continue, but the constant communication and precise scheduling with Brandy made this process seamless and easy as it could be. The final result is a beautiful space we adore and and we are so proud of! We recommend Luker Builders and their pros to all our family and friends, and will not use anyone else for our projects! My husband is so happy, now when something needs to be fixed or installed, he just calls Mike!

Tile was not laid right
I had my tile laid with the warmer underneath and it turned out to be bumpy and he just was so sloppy with the grout job. I wish I went with someone else

LBLLC is unaware of this contract, we haven't laid a tile w/ warmer floor in 4 months. We gladly provide references, we would never and have NEVER left a customer this dissatisfied, we do not finalize a project until the customer is 100% satisfied, has signed the punchlist/ signoff form, and our stringent standards would not allow us to make such a mess.
